During their stay……
Pets are fed twice daily, or as per your preference. We provide a high quality house food (both wet and dry) for your pets, as well as bowls, fresh, comfortable bedding, and daily litter changes for our felines. Our canine patients are walked several times a day, with twice daily walks on days that our clinic is not in operation. You are welcome to bring any special diets, or creature comforts that you feel may make your pet’s stay more like home. Please indicate any medical needs or specific treatments that your pet will need to receive, and provide enough medication for their entire stay.
Dr. Cruz is available to the kennel staff at all times for any questions or concerns regarding the boarding pets. Should a medical emergency arise, please provide a phone number where we can reach you.
Pets must be picked up during business hours or at one of the designated after-hours pick-up times. Those times are as follows: Saturday 5PM, Sunday 7AM, or Sunday 5PM. Payment must be made at check in for after-hours pickup.
We offer a bath the morning of check-out (during business hours) for an additional fee. Prices for baths are based on the size and coat of your pet, and are the same as the regular bath fees. Baths include shampoo, toe nail trim, ear cleaning, and anal gland expression. We do not provide grooming services at Pet Medical Center of Katy. Please plan for a late morning or afternoon discharge for those pets receiving a bath.
